Lagree • 45min
Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity, muscular endurance workout performed on the Mega Pro. The Mega Pro is designed to provide strength in a cardiovascular-based 45-minute workout. Due to its economics and innovation, the Mega Pro has less impact on the body and joints while reducing inflammation caused by working out. This method is designed to build lean muscle and change body composition while maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. Clients must have grip socks or purchase some at the studio before class.
Lagree Classes
Level 1:
Embark on your Lagree journey with our Level 1 class. This class is suitable for beginners, as well as those who are prenatal, postpartum, or returning from injury. Level 1 will immerses you in the foundational principles of the Lagree method, providing an overview of the MegaPro machine and the layout of the Lagree room.
During this 45-minute experience, you will engage in moves primarily at the front of the machine, with personalized modifications to support your progression. While this class has slower transitions and a keen focus on form and body alignment, rest assured that it remains a challenging workout.
Level 2:
In our Level 2 class, you will fully engage the MegaPro for a full-body workout. Building upon the knowledge acquired in Level 1, this session introduces longer durations of movement, allowing for fewer transitions and heightened intensity.You can expect quicker transitions that challenge your endurance, while still benefiting from modifications and hands-on adjustments to ensure a safe and effective workout for all.
Level 3:
In our Level 3 class, where you will safely delve into the art of tempo changes within specific movements. This advanced session features longer durations of moves, resulting in fewer transitions that create a heart-pounding experience.Designed for individuals with strong body awareness and a comprehensive understanding of form and alignment as it pertains to the Lagree Method, Level 3 is your opportunity to break through any plateau. This class will challenge you both mentally and physically, fostering strength, cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, and stamina.
50/50:
Experience the best of both worlds with our 50/50 class, this 55 minute class will combines strength-building and cardiovascular conditioning. In this format, you will spend 25 minutes on the MegaPro, sculpting your muscles and gaining strength, followed by a five-minute transition to the VersaClimber, where you will continue to challenge your muscular endurance and cardiovascular system for 20 minutes.This class caters to all demographics and fitness levels, making it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a total body workout, especially those with limited time.
Versa Climber • 30min
Our VersaClimber class is a 25-minute choreographed class that will leave you feeling exhilarated while you burn calories. This total body, high intensity, low impact workout is performed on the patent VersaClimber, which is an upright climbing machine. You will be in a dark environment with silent disco headphones. The VersaClimber is great for those actively seeking to condition the entire body for enhanced cardio, strength, and power through core strength, flexibility, and endurance. Because the VersaClimber is a low impact machine, there’s less stress on the body and joints, creating a site environment to achieve your fitness goals. Versa Classes
Level 1 Climb:

Level 2 Climb:
Elevate your climbing experience with our Level 2 Climb class, where we expand upon the foundation established in Level 1. This advanced session has more intricate movements and combinations, you to explore the full potential of the VersaClimber.You will continue to master the eight signature moves while integrating advanced techniques that challenge your coordination, stamina, and endurance.
Yoga • 60min
Yoga classes vary from Vinyasa to a Power Flow to Vin-Yin. In our classes, we welcome the connection of the body, breath, and mind through physical postures while relaxing the nervous system. A select number of classes will be heated and noted on the schedule. The infrared heating is safe for the body and aids in circulation, pain, relief, and the reduction of inflammation.
Yoga Classes
Mixed Levels Vinyasa:
Our dynamic 60-minute heated Mixed Levels vinyasa-style yoga class at Soma Lab Fitness is designed to challenge and inspire. In this invigorating flow, you'll connect breath with movement as we transition through a series of sequenced postures, promoting strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.The class will be heated from 80° to 90° degree which will allow for deeper stretches and increased detoxification while encouraging a greater focus on your practice. Power Sculpt Vinyasa Flow:
For our 60-minute Power Yoga Sculpt class at Soma Lab Fitness, we blend strength training with vinyasa yoga to create a powerful, full-body workout. This class is designed for all levels, combining yoga with targeted strength exercises with the use of weights to build muscle, enhance endurance, and boost overall fitness.The class is heated to between 90° and 100° degrees which will warm your muscles, promoting flexibility and encouraging greater range of motion as you transition between sequences.
Vin-Yin Flow:
Experience the perfect blend of strength and surrender in our Vin-Yin Flow class at Soma Lab Fitness, where the dynamic energy of Vinyasa meets the restorative qualities of Yin. This unique class enhances mobility and flexibility while promoting overall well-being through a mindful practice.We start with a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, laying a solid foundation before transitioning into the Yin segment. Here, you'll hold each pose longer with the support of props, allowing for a deeper exploration of your practice and release of tension. Heated to a comfortable 75°, this class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, find balance, and leave feeling centered and rejuvenated.
