New clients should arrive 15 minutes before class starts. New clients will get a high overview of the equipment used in our studio. As the class begins the instructor will guide you through the workout with further instructions.
To ensure a focused and effective workout experience, we kindly request that you arrive a few minutes ahead of the scheduled class time. Please note that our classes are designed to be both physically and time-efficient. In order to maintain the flow of the session and minimize disruptions, we consider late arrival after 5 minutes as tardy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for all participants.
Elevate Pass Clients have a waiver for one (1) “late cancel”
Departure: All we ask from you when leaving the studio is to pick up after yourself and confirm you have all of your belongings. Soma Lab is not responsible for any items or valuables left behind. Lost and found items will be donated at the end of each month.
Running late: Please text the studio so we can be prepared; we ask no later than 5 minutes for class flow and time efficiency.
Showers: We only have one shower stall.
Heated Classes: The Yoga room has infrared panels.

Yes! We’ve got Kids Lab for kids ages 2-10. Our members can utilize this amenity at $10/per child during the following days/times:
Tuesday & Thursday 9-11 AM
Saturday & Sunday 10 AM-12 PM
Please purchase a Kids Lab credit.

A late cancel is more than 8 hours before class, which results in a $20 charge. No show is $25 charge.
Accountability is important.

Lagree: water, grip socks (mandatory)
Versa: water + sneakers
Yoga: water, mat, towel
Towels, grip socks, and drinks will be available at an additional cost.

We have parking located in the back of the building and a smaller lot in the front.
Since you can no longer turn left off of Johnstown, please use the light at Walton Pkwy to access Bevelhymer Rd.

Elevate Pass members get one guest pass a month.
A guest pass can be used by a single individual at the discretion of the member. Members and guest must be enrolled in the same class.
Members must be present at the time of check-in with their guest
Studio cannot guarantee Guest Pass use for every class, however they can be added to the waitlist. If you are signed up for notifications, you will receive an email as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. This will happen up until 1 hour before class. Once you are added to the class from the waitlist, you become responsible for attending or cancelling.

We have designed our classes to be time-effective, requiring less of your time by completing a 25-minute Versaclimber class or a 50-minute combo class, which is 25 minutes of Lagree and 20 minutes of Versa with a 5 minute transition. We also offer 45-minute Lagree classes and 60-minute Yoga classes.

Don’t be discouraged by a waitlist! When we have open spots, we notify the waitlist.
You must purchase a class credit to be added to the waitlist. If the spot is not confirmed, that credit is returned to the account for future use. An addition to the waitlist will be confirmed via email or text. Please make sure you subscribe to email/text notifications.
Joining a waitlist is a commitment to class. If you receive a notification that you have been added to a class, but choose not to attend, it will be considered a no-show.

We may occasionally use explicit versions of songs in class, as music selection is left to the discretion of each instructor. This allows them to craft a unique vibe and energy for their sessions. If you have any concerns about the music or song choices, we encourage you to speak directly with the instructor. Your feedback is always welcome, and we’ll do our best to ensure everyone feels comfortable and inspired during their time in class.

Yes. Toward the back of the building we have lockers for clients to place their belongings so as to not clutter our studio rooms. Steps to use the locker below & here is a video to reference.
Make sure the lock is turned down, aka switched to the right, after you place your belongings inside.
Enter a four-digit code of your choice. Wait for the buzz and turn the lock upward.
To unlock, put in the same four-digit passcode, wait a moment for the buzz, and turn the knob to the right to open.
